Refund Policy

We accept returns for 1 Business day after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it (unused, with all tags, cables, or accessories included).

 Be in its original packaging undamaged.

 Include proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).

To start a return, contact us at info@thermocase.store with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We will provide you with the correct return address once your return request is approved.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 1 business day of receiving your order.
Please include:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item. A brief explanation of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 1-7 Business Days .

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
