Q: Will I be charged with VAT or customs?

A: For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: I haven't received an order confirmation. What should Ido?

A: Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still can't find your order confirmation email, please contact us at info@thermocase.store, and we will be happy to assist you.




Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: We process orders quickly to ensure you receive them as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@thermocase.store. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


Q: I entered a wrong shipping address. What can I do?

A: Please contact our customer service team at info@thermocase.store immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update it for you. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to redirect it. 


Q: My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received it.

A: We recommend taking the following steps: Check with other members of your household and with your neighbours. Look around your property in case the carrier left it in a safe, concealed spot. Allow one more business day, as packages are sometimes scanned as "Delivered" prematurely. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us at info@thermocase.store

hours for the tracking information to become active.
